Purchased the lifetime plan Purchased the lifetime plan. The software worked great for about 2 months, then nothing. Emailed customer service for assistance, crickets! Not a peep, nada, nothing. I feel like I've been conned! I downloaded and registered the current Clipdown version 3. Once the URL is pasted, the program is just stuck in the analyzing mode. The URL used was Youtube. Its just not working, I would like a refund.
