Beautiful app design, but website information is outdated It's a beautiful mobile app and a great concept, but there's some signs of misleading marketing that should be made known. Of course, if things are adjusted I will update this review. As of March 2024: Couples using a split account must pay for a subscription each individually (total of $20/mo for monthly subscription) in order to use budgeting features or the savings accounts/pods. I don't see this very clearly advertised. Their website has outdated verbiage on Pods+, which is cheaper than Ivella+, the actual available subscription which is presented in the mobile app. Lastly, the debit cards advertised on the website are not actually what they look like. They tote "custom cards" but through talks with support, they don't actually support custom cards. I am not sure if this is a cost cutting measure, or if it was never really a thing. The actual card I received was a very standard design, and rather flimsy... nothing like the vertical design they're advertising on their site. Support told me this is due to a supply shortage issue. Overall, the longer I've used the app, the more I recognize that this is a small start-up experienced with technology and that's where they are focused. Banking is handled by another insitution. It makes me a little nervous about putting anything more than me and my partner's date budget in the app, because while the bank is FDIC-insured, accessing the funds if the app or company goes down could become very complicated. I would recommend jotting down your account numbers should you ever need to contact the bank directly and can't retrieve those numbers through the mobile app. The mobile app is 95% there, with some bugs still present. My partner could not login for a night after being approved. My physical debit card arrived, and after activating it, I locked it with the intent to unlock when I need it. Once I did that, the app got confused and thinks I need to set a PIN again and won't let me, so I had to reach out to support.
