Excellent product for overall family… Excellent product for overall family monitoring and safety. Easy to use to set allowed times and even allowed apps. Plus the web site filtering is easy to navigate.

Regularly fails to do what it claims. Regularly fails to do what it claims. Time limits are set, but a child still uses app's outside the allowance, logging 8-10 hours on their systems (!) when theoretically allowed only a couple. Usage times are set, nothing after 1800 say ... and it's allowing use at 2100 hours! App's and websites like YouTube blocked ... but hundreds of video's and many hours logged. And "Support" offer weasley excuses and cliche's like "Reinstall the latest" ... and the failings persist.

Fantastic, robust app. High in price. Qustodio is a great child safety and monitoring app, and it's the only such app of its kind that my 9-year-old could not figure out how to bypass. We tried all the major competitors, but Qustodio was by far the best in terms of capabilities, functionality, being easy to install and use. With Qustodio Premium, my wife and I can block YouTube completely, monitor our child's location in real time, monitor what apps and websites our child uses, and block websites that we don't want him to go on. The screen time limit is a great feature too, as it completely disabled the phone except for emergencies when the child's time is up. I would have gladly given Qustodio 5/5 stars if based on the product alone. However, Qustodio Premium is very costly at $100/year compared to other options. Because of the high cost, I give Qustodio Premium 4/5 stars overall.

Pretty easy to bypass I'm a teenager who was impacted by Qustodio. It was super easy to bypass, and while I won't reveal how I did it, I doubt that most people would be able to bypass it. It involves a bunch of workarounds by removing Qustodio's admin permissions. I doubt Qustodio can fix this as it's one of Window's limitations. This works on all restriction services, so good luck finding one that's not bypassable.

Clunky, glitches but useful This app is useful but it is clunky and has glitches. I just want to set time limits for my kids access and then have some flexibility to add time when appropriate. Instead it sometimes doesn't sync with the computers until I open my phone and it doesn't pick up some of the apps my kid uses on his laptop - which means that when he has run out of time, access to things like Roblox and Chrome might end but access to some online games and Discord doesn't. It can be very frustrating.
