I ordered ICM Advanced when ICM Basic was not yet available. The upgrade price was 499 USD. It is an excellent piece of software. In my experience, I had no problems with my purchase, and the customer service team responded promptly to any questions I had. Shortly following the confirmation of the bitcoin transfer, my account was approved. The withdrawal few days later went smoothly!

They never responded to my calls, text messages or emails after I made payment for my upgrade. They are not active and honest. They have now stolen from me and disappeared after contacting me many times to offer upgrades.

I love InstantCloudMining! I love InstantCloudMining! This is the best cloud mining platform and in terms of ROI there's nothing at the same level of ICM. Special thanks to Alberto who helped me to setup my account, create automation etc. Now I receive a paycheck every week and my whole app is automated easily.

Still no improvement! Since writing my first Review nothing has improved. Keep getting Emails trying to sell me one of their Contracts, which are the same as the one I bought from them but they never activated it. Read many similar Complaints here where the the same thing has happened. The latest Scam is how they promise a "30 Day Refund Policy" after your Account has been activated, except they don't activate anything. Thus you send them money, nothing happens so they don't have to refund you because you don't have an active Account. Catch 22 in other words. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
