Secure & Working Despite what some people can say, InstantCloudMining is real and efficient. They simply need more polishing but their company is official. I am not a free member or anything else, just a Basic client. No more no less.

Still no improvement! Since writing my first Review nothing has improved. Keep getting Emails trying to sell me one of their Contracts, which are the same as the one I bought from them but they never activated it. Read many similar Complaints here where the the same thing has happened. The latest Scam is how they promise a "30 Day Refund Policy" after your Account has been activated, except they don't activate anything. Thus you send them money, nothing happens so they don't have to refund you because you don't have an active Account. Catch 22 in other words. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Well I purchased the advanced pro… Well I purchased the advanced pro package from icm for the price of $1,299 USD in 02/03/2022. I've sent emails, made phone calls and even tried texting ICM to get access to my upgrade account as advertised. Unfortunately I only received crickets.

I paid for a pro contract back in… I paid for a pro contract back in February and now I cant log into my account because my email isn't associated with an account anymore when I try to reset my password. I've tried getting in contact for months, I might get a short reply but that's about it. They said they've had all kinds of problems but they've had plenty of time to fix mine in particular. Still have hope so I would be happy to change my review if it gets fixed. I still have the screenshot of the 999$ transfer that they asked for.

My account has been active since… My account has been active since November of 2021. ICM Advanced has been unlocked for this account after it was verified. I ordered ICM Advanced when ICM Basic was not yet available. The upgrade price was 499 USD. It is an excellent piece of software. In my experience, I had no problems with my purchase, and the customer service team responded promptly to any questions I had. Shortly following the confirmation of the bitcoin transfer, my account was approved. The withdrawal few days later went smoothly!
