Awful customer service or tech support Awful customer service or tech support. It takes forever for them to respond.

Unreliable, full of bugs and half baked features + Bad support. I am using Todoist for a number of years and is becoming more and more unreliable with many unfixed bugs. Really so many bugs and the worst of all is that nobody fixes them even though they close the raised tickets! Although the customer support responds relatively in an ok timeframe, there is usually no successful resolution of the issues raised. More than 10 issues I raised are still unresolved and I have not received any meaningful update. Also, many features are half-baked such as the location reminder feature that can only be assigned to yourself although for other reminders you can assign them to other people. Literally, so many things are wrong, that is a waste of time to report them as they will never get fixed.

Great software, awful support Todoist is a great tool. Nicely designed and really useful. But frequently I encounter bugs and problems and when I do, the tech support is AWFUL. They take ages to reply to tickets, give incomplete and confusing answers when pressed for updates, always complain that they have a huge backlog and things are taking longer than usual, but it's been that way for a year at least. Beyond a certain point, it's not "longer than usual", it's "just as long as usual". Honestly the only reason I haven't bailed on them to try out TickTick is because I'm so entrenched in this software with a complicated set-up. But every mishandled support case gets me closer to that point.

The company provides no transparency to their roadmap or most voted features. They will lose in the long run.
