GBPathetic Customer Grievance ! I made a complaint to Tata Docomo on Sept 02, 2012 (Complaint No. PSMR12016536) regarding inaccurate balance deductions w.r.t call reducing VAS activated. I interim mailed them more than 15 times, but never got response. Today, after 26 days, I received a call from them, and Mr. Ravi (an executive), accepted the mistake of wrong information displayed in the Tata Docomo Website but denied to give any resolution or credit the balance difference and asked me to go to consumer forum. Morale of the story - Donot trust Tata Docomo website for online recharges..!!

INOur landline Is HELL Our landline telephone number: 04066688812 is giving problem since 6 years and from 15 days not at all working. This number belongs to our Clinic Darling Roots. We are hair transplant surgeons and losing the patients because of this stupid Tata Docomo landline phone. Technician Sai came and without rectifying the defect has closed the complaint. No response from Technician SAI and he is not lifting the phone since 3 days. Who is going to help please need guidance from GENERAL PUBLIC. Ratan Tata you have nice staff bro, who is least bothered to work on my landline issue.
