Pathetic Customer Grievance ! I made a complaint to Tata Docomo on Sept 02, 2012 (Complaint No. PSMR12016536) regarding inaccurate balance deductions w.r.t call reducing VAS activated. I interim mailed them more than 15 times, but never got response. Today, after 26 days, I received a call from them, and Mr. Ravi (an executive), accepted the mistake of wrong information displayed in the Tata Docomo Website but denied to give any resolution or credit the balance difference and asked me to go to consumer forum. Morale of the story - Donot trust Tata Docomo website for online recharges..!!
