It works great It works great! My only wish is that you could upload a resume that’s already made as opposed to creating their own pdf. The jobs it applies to aren’t always perfect when it comes to location or role, but overall very good.

Needs work Software did apply to jobs. The software did not apply to tech sales jobs. It just applied to random jobs across the board. Upon submitting a complaint, started to apply to BDR roles, but still no tech sales roles, therefore I rank this software rather low. Wasn't able to upload an existing resume to build off of. Had to build a new resume from scratch, therefore took another 10 hours to submit. Has issues, but if corrected will be a good product because again, the software was actually applying for jobs. If I google Octaply, and I type it wrong, because let's face it, if you tell me the name and I type it, 95% of users will spell it wrong, can't find this on Google. Have to spell the name with 100% accuracy for it to come up on google. If I type Octappli, Optapply, Octapply etc, it should come up.

Super easy to use Super easy to use, and the customer service was quick to answer any questions I had. I definitely recommend it to anyone job hunting!

Unfortunately my experience hasn’t… Unfortunately my experience hasn’t great, my free 3 day trial was delayed “After” the 3 day trail, a d now it’s only been a week from purchasing and I can’t even get into my account. I’ve only had it for maybe 10 days and when I tried to login to the dashboard it’s telling me I need to go pro “BUT I’ve ALREADY PAID $97.00”. I’ve it’s like my account never existed. I’ve even left messages Wednesday of this week and twice today with no response. Unfortunately I’m very dis in the service & customer service. Although when it was working I was getting 15 jobs a day, but I only used to last Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. I’m very disappointed. At least give me an explanation.
