CZUnbelievable spam conditions, high price They offer good support, but the conditions regarding the percentage of allowed spam are too strict. As you probably know, Google currently limits the percentage of spam to 3 letters per thousand. But Postmark requires one letter per thousand. Moreover, they count even several spam complaints per letter. In the end I left them. The price is also not in their favor. The market is full of better offers for small businesses with normal conditions for spam complaints - up to 3 letters per 1000.

ILFast service with a great admin panel I really don't understand the ones who wrote they don't answer... It's not my experience. In the last couple of days I've bombarded theyir CS with various questions and they answered all in such speed I never met before, and really help, not just answer. And I'm still on a free plan! O-: Plus - their platform is very easy to manage. I moved from Mailjet (which are OK) and really happy with it. Planning to bring more of my website to their platform.

GBAn actually good email service To say it's much better than Sendgrid is an understatement. Their docs and pricing are clear. Templates are excellent and come with code samples (although I think the code samples button should be clearer, and they should update the node.js to have current code). I still managed to integrate it in less than 30 mins, including domain verification. I just wish they had a smaller tier as 10k emails per month is too much for my needs currently.

BR10+ hours of downtime and no ETA… 10+ hours of downtime and no ETA available is UNACCEPTABLE, just stay away, it's way too expensive for the crappy service they provide. I had monetary loss due to lack of delivery of emails in my company.
