Do not give your credit card details unless you want to be billed immediately. Update - Osum only replied after I had posted this review online, despite what they state below. They did not reply to email nor FB within 5 days. They have refused my request for a refund, because I downloaded the "trial" data into a PDF. Update2 - Adam from Osum asked me how they can make the website clearer, so that people don't get confused like I did. It looks like they have made some changes now so that it's clearer. Good to see.

It appears that there is a lot of web scraping, followed by generic assumptions about the industry the company played in, however the industry the solution assumed wasn't even correct. A lot of money per month for something so generic and incorrect. It is easy to use though.
