Payed for Office 2021 pro 5 Device License purchased Office 2021 pro, 5 device licenses. Loaded on my tablet and after a little less than a year of use something deactivated it. Nothing I do, the key I was sent, reactivates. Only one computer key was used. Despite using their contact us link, sending several emails over a period of months... NO RESPONSE!!! Evidence indicates PCH Helper Software is a scam and their Customer Service does not exist!

Bought MS 2012 office professional with… Bought MS 2012 office professional with 5 licenses. The first time worked but I can't get it loaded on my new laptop. No one answers the phone or emails, including via their website. I'm disgusted with this company.

Great Experience Wow, a lot of negative reviews. This would have been enough when I bought my license through them, not to. However I purchased OIffice 2019 1.5 years ago and loaded onto 5 PC's, still works great. I reached out to them once and they responded. Sorry so many good people here are unhappy.
