STAY AWAY! BUYERS BEWARE! THEY DONT PAYOUT! If I could give this platform 0 stars I would. I used a EA(Software) to pass Phase 1 & Phase 2 successfully. It took a full week for them to approve my Live Funded account after several different emails and support live chats when they state that they award you a live account within 24 hours as they stated that they had to evaluate my trades. Then when a was awarded a 200K account & had been trading for 2 & a half weeks & it’s time to get paid out for the 1st week, a support representative states that I broke a Martingale Rule in which I did NOT! The same strategy that was used for the 2 Evaluation stages is the EXACT strategy that was being used for the Live Funded account. The 1st payout was $4993 which is 2.5% & in the 2nd week of trading, I had already generated close to $3,000. I inquired why I didn’t get paid yet & they stated that I failed the challenge due to Martingale which was NOT used. The strategy that was used was OK’d in the evaluation stages & it was allowed to be used for 2 & a half weeks of trading and then when it’s time to get paid, they closed my account. I’ve sent countless emails on if my strategy was prohibited, why was I awarded a Live account. They had refused to respond & will not payout. This company owes me $8,000. They literally allowed me to make them $ and never pay me anything. Be aware of this Funded Forex platform as the customer service is unprofessional & if you challenge their rules, they will just either disconnect the chat or simply not respond. Horrible experience. Proof can be provided if needed. Don’t give your hard earned $ to this program. They look for reasons to not pay you as if I never inquired about my pay, they never would have responded.
