GBthe prices for the servers are good the prices for the servers are good. But only the prices. The technical support is inadequate, apparently they are on drugs. The answers are inadequate, they do not know how to admit their own mistakes. When you show them that the error is clearly in their actions, you get banned. I don't recommend doing business with these guys.

PHAffordable, Professional, Precise and Cooperative I ordered their highest config, and the server was delivered in under 4 hours. Not bad for a very tall order of customizations. Their Customer Service Rep is straight to the point and precise on their responses. They also explained to me how my machine does not boot directly into nvme where it needs a flash drive to boot. The experience was just superb. Had an incident once where one ssd was not responding well to my machine and was not displaying in iDRAC and the customer representative explained to me in detail their process and the limitations of the reps as we both wait for datacenter tech to replace the drive. They were direct in saying that i should always have a backup, which i always does. Their network is also superb. No complaints here. You have a long term client here, keep up the good work :) Cheers

INSupport is pathetic Support is pathetic, not even bad just pathetic. I have to wait for 3,4 days just to get a simple response. Server pricing is unbeatable and amazing but poor support kills everything.
