My first task was to set up email notifications within the app but I ran into problems so I contacted the "support" email address for them to suggest where I might be going wrong. Two more follow-up emails later and I've not had a single response. However, I do still get pop-up messages on my PC as each day ticks down to the end of my trial version. 'm really not sure how they can expect me to upgrade to the full paid version while I have issues. Poor image to its potential customers.

Paid for 2 copies of there software… Paid for 2 copies of there software over a week ago and still no serial number they never reply to any emails even ones sent by the third party who collects there payments.

Like clockwork I've been working with this software for about seven years and there was nothing to complain about... A very effective solution for those who like stability. The configuration is very intuitive, which is the reason I started using it in the first place. Helped in countless cases for all that time.

The most convenient home backup solution. I bought this solution during the 1+1 promotion and am really happy that I managed to save some money! Buy during the discounts, they often have them! The program itself is the most convenient of all that I have seen, even my daughter can set it up.
