GBCraig changed my whole outlook and… Craig changed my whole outlook and understanding of what alcohol is. I downloaded his book, bought the paperback and the audio book. Almost ten months alcohol free and finding it relatively easy. Can't comment on the course as I haven't done it, his YouTube channel has worked for me. Giving 5 stars as it won't let me give any more.

GBMade me think. I picked a mid point for this experience because it made me look inside myself which I don't like to do. Happiness, what's that? I am going to continue on with the course because I have a gut feeling that this approach just might work.

GBCraig is my new best friend. The information is easily understood… The information is easily understood and well presented. The Facebook group surprisingly helps me maintain control on the urge to drink. Usually I don’t like group activities. It seems like Craig knows me personally and actually cares about my fight with alcohol. It is nice to have Craig’s support each day to help me deal with this scourge in my life.
