I had been following Craig Beck on… I had been following Craig Beck on YouTube for quite awhile as I began separating myself from alcohol. His book "Alcohol Lied to me" is excellent and his Stop Drinking Course, which I finally did purchase and got most of the way thru is quite inspirational as well. I am a non-drinker and have been for several years now. I really attribute Craigs logical way of thinking and approaching this issue as it fits so well to my health conscious way of living. I have no problem whatsoever operating in the "drinking world" of my family and friends or social occasions. Craigs book and course covers all of the angles. I do miss his weekly live community broadcasts, but I'm OK and feel confident in myself and the better way I feel. Thank you Craig~!

Made me think. I picked a mid point for this experience because it made me look inside myself which I don't like to do. Happiness, what's that? I am going to continue on with the course because I have a gut feeling that this approach just might work.

Brilliant Brilliant - AA didn't work - but this does. The hypnotherapy is also outstanding!!!

There may be a lot of self help… There may be a lot of self help programs out there but this one with some effort from the buyer is one of the best. Obviously you have to put in the effort but all things are possible and quitting drinking is no different. I can't thank Craig enough for making this program for people like me who want to quit because it truly helped me without any drugs or help from other programs like AA.

If you are serious about quitting drinking then look no further. After several failed attempts at quitting alcohol I signed up for Craig’s course, I am now nearly a year sober. This is the ONLY system that works, so look no further. Craig is a really great guy and has been super supportive too. Overall I highly recommend doing this course if you are worried about your drinking, I thoroughly recommend the personal hypnosis that Craig offers too, worth the extra money. Five stars all the way!!
