BEWARE! When I first learned of Hostsailor, I thought I'd found something great: low-cost webhosting with good support. After months of hosting sites with them, I was notified by the Legal Department of my Domain Registrar that two of my domain names had been flagged for illegal activities and spam, and that the Domain names had been suspended. I logged into my Hostsailor account and learned that both sites had been hijacked and that this had been going on for awhile. I immediately cancelled the hosting accounts, scraped the sites (and all email addresses), changed DNS settings back to the Registrar. The domain names were then removed from blacklist. When they say something is "too good to be true", believe it! I was foolish for thinking that hosting at those prices could be legitimate. Sites are hosted on servers in Romania, where it's still the wild west out there. STEER CLEAR of these guys. Keep your Domain names, your reputation and your Domain Registrar safe.

I was experiencing constant outages, which was negatively impacting my website and its performance. In addition, the loading speed was very slow, which made the user experience quite unsatisfactory. I tried contacting customer service to resolve these issues, but got little response. Their response was slow and had no value at all. What made matters worse was that they refused to refund the amount I paid when I requested to cancel the service due to poor performance. This was terrible and completely unacceptable and shows that they do not care about their reputation or customer satisfaction at all. In short, my experience with HostSailor was disastrous, and I do not recommend doing business with them to anyone. You should look for more reliable and credible alternatives to ensure that your website performs satisfactorily.

Good services for these money I would say for the money I have paid there were and still are good services. I am using these services since almost 3 years now and all I can say it was more than good enough services. The reactivity is quite ok, you can chat with the operators and save some time, and you have a lot of ways to make a payment, including, revolut, paypal or crypto.
