What made matters worse was that they refused to refund the amount I paid when I requested to cancel the service due to poor performance. This was terrible and completely unacceptable and shows that they do not care about their reputation or customer satisfaction at all. In short, my experience with HostSailor was disastrous, and I do not recommend doing business with them to anyone. Good but can easily get improved Hostsailor is very good for the price. For only 2$/month i got a working Debian server but some thing are kinda strange. First C-Panel dont allow much we cant re-install os, or start any kind of service such as RDP + Debian version are outdated so i cant install some package even after editing apt sources.list file version isnt compatible with yum for example which make sense. Yes the support is really reactive as says a lot of reviews
