Good but can easily get improved Hostsailor is very good for the price. For only 2$/month i got a working Debian server but some thing are kinda strange. First C-Panel dont allow much we cant re-install os, or start any kind of service such as RDP + Debian version are outdated so i cant install some package even after editing apt sources.list file version isnt compatible with yum for example which make sense. Yes the support is really reactive as says a lot of reviews

BTC and anonymous customer Hostsailor is a good VPS provider. I was looking for cheap, reliable and privacy concerned VPS provider. Must say HostSailor is 100% compliant. They accept BTC and Tor/VPN/proxy browsing/registration. I own Sailor and Seaman VPS, no prob at all. Great OpenVZ VPS, good latency, untouched Linux distros and nice client area too. Thanks for the good work!

Additionally, server performance was excruciatingly slow and highly unstable, significantly impacting the user experience of the website. This poor performance cannot be justified in any way. Customer service was another dreadful experience, with slow and unprofessional responses. There was no genuine interest in resolving issues or improving the service. In conclusion, HostSailor is nothing but a major failure in the web hosting industry, and I do not recommend anyone to approach this company. Beware and look for other options that respect your privacy and provide at least a decent level of service.
