Among the appalling drawbacks I encountered, it was truly disgusting that HostSailor does not respect the privacy of its customers. Continuous privacy violations and a lack of regard for personal information were evident. There was no effort on their part to provide a secure environment or protect data. Additionally, server performance was excruciatingly slow and highly unstable, significantly impacting the user experience of the website. This poor performance cannot be justified in any way. Customer service was another dreadful experience, with slow and unprofessional responses. There was no genuine interest in resolving issues or improving the service. In conclusion, HostSailor is nothing but a major failure in the web hosting industry, and I do not recommend anyone to approach this company. Beware and look for other options that respect your privacy and provide at least a decent level of service.

Good services for these money I would say for the money I have paid there were and still are good services. I am using these services since almost 3 years now and all I can say it was more than good enough services. The reactivity is quite ok, you can chat with the operators and save some time, and you have a lot of ways to make a payment, including, revolut, paypal or crypto.

Trash, not hosting Trash, not hosting. I used their services for several years. But the last six months have become hell. They have a lot of overselling. They regularly fall all the infrastructure. Even their own site crashes. In these periods it is impossible to create flows. They turn off the VPS for false reasons, without evidence, without notice. Support takes a very long time. Support is not competent.
