He is kind and is willing to help with issues, even though we probably are in different timezones and its even late for me he is still up and willing to help and assist me. As for the DDOS protection it's been amazing if you have the choice between secured, ovh & nfo you should pick secured if you serious about DDOS protection, They'll always be on top of every attack and if it's a new method they will patch it within the hour. The support they offer is amazing as well, Usually responds within 1 hour or less with a detailed response if you have an issue.
