God where do I start the support is SO… God where do I start the support is SO BAD. VPS can be down all day with no reply to my high priority ticket. Will be switching ASAP

Don’t do it! Ok. Where do I start. There is no number to call support takes days or even a week to reply back. Our vps been down for 3 days now with no type of support, or reason to what is going on. We are losing money every min not being up and can’t contact customer support. For the monthly fee we pay I would think someone could answer high priority emails. Definitely will be switching servers ASAP.

You can't go wrong with Secured We've been with secured for almost 2 months now, They offer competitive prices with there VPS's and if you want a custom plan you can always speak to the staff and they'll usually reply. As for the DDOS protection it's been amazing if you have the choice between secured, ovh & nfo you should pick secured if you serious about DDOS protection, They'll always be on top of every attack and if it's a new method they will patch it within the hour. The support they offer is amazing as well, Usually responds within 1 hour or less with a detailed response if you have an issue. Even if you just have a simple question they will answer it as quickly as possible.

He is kind and is willing to help with issues, even though we probably are in different timezones and its even late for me he is still up and willing to help and assist me. I've heard secured was the best, and by the service he has provided. I can for sure say I will continue to buy Secured.GG and I'll recommend it to others and I now understand why secured is the best.
