Simple yet flexible chat system you can forget about after setup Simple WordPress install plus good api system giving ability to customise. Two different use cases that have worked well with some customisation 1. Using as a membership so only get access to chatting with other members once subscribed user role changes. 2. Customising so that admin in backend can chat with users on frontend as well from any backend page as they are working. Never had any reported downtime which is great.

Great plugin and amazing support! We have used various chat plugins for our website, but seem to always have issues with them. But since finding AtomChat, all of our questions have been answered and this is by far the best chat plugin we have ever used! The chat is completely instant, there are no issues whatsoever and there are some cool features too including creating announcements admin side that we thought were very helpful to inform all the users. We had around 800 users using this plugin with hundreds of messages being sent, and there was no issues atall! We had a few questions with adding this in and asking for future customisation. Each time the support has been incredibly quick and they have always sorted out exactly what we needed.
