GBA lot of “nice talk” and little… A lot of “nice talk” and little information about what the plan offers for my business. Some topics are really good but then comes a lot of talks… and talk…about themselves. I think the focus should be on the client. On the workshops, there are many folks who did not sign for anything and I expected a group that was on the same plan so we could have a discussion about the role of each sanity desk member on that plan and how we could use their abilities to improve our business. Many sanity desk members adore each other and have little work done. I already paid for 3 months and I do not have the content I submitted ready. I spent a lot of my time watching videos and doing homework and I do not believe I will have what is on the agreement. I am sure it was a good experience for those who were thinking about buying something and have a lot of free time. But for those with limited time, it is too much talk and little action. Then comes the war and a request to donate money to help the team evacuate. At this point, you get really worried about the money you already paid and the sanity desk ability to deliver the services. But Sam guaranteed that services would not be disrupted. However, the person working on my business did not evacuate. I knew it was not realistic for her to continue working. But Antonio told me to continue sending the content so she could work on it. Nothing was done and I understand her situation. I asked Antonio to stop the charges on my credit card until the company gets reorganized and I get the pending work done. I think it was a fair request from the customer, but my card was charged again and now I want someone working on my business. I received emails notifying me that another person would be working on my business for now, but every time that I log in, there is nothing completed. If people could stop talking about themselves and could look at the customer situation, they would be able to see that I spent a lot of time going through the workshops, I spent a lot of time doing homework, I am in a contract with monthly charges on my credit card, and I am not receiving what was agreed.

GBAs a markerter...wouldn't recommend I wouldn't recommend this company. I was coming on as a marketer as I have my own business wanting to grow and get more leads. My whole business concept is to help clients with their marketing long-term and I communicated this from the beginning. During the onboarding process, I started to notice that they weren't listening to what I was saying about my business and my branding. I started raising concerns straight away. My main concern was that Sanity Desk seem to take control and just make me another marketer in their system. I couldn't ask my own questions, they wanted to sit with me when I was onboarding clients and whenever I raised a concern it was answered with "once you are part of Sanity Desk the question will be answered". After explaining to the salesperson about my business goals and objectives and what makes me different, none of it was taken and I was just there to be put into the Sanity Desk “system” and provide education. Not consulting and actually do anything about what my business is about. They took my money, didn't listen to me and my questions were never answered.
