Number One Pricing Tool I work for an Airbnb property management company, and this pricing tool is a real gem for our work. Not only it saves so much time without having to manage the pricing every day but - which is more! - it has increased our occupancy rates A LOT since we started using it in July 2020. Even for the low season! I also like the simple interface of DPGO, their flexibility on how you pay (either $1 per booked night or 0.5% of the booked price), and their attention to the details (i.e. you can set up last-minute discounts, weekend adjustments, etc.) Our business has been doing much better with DPGO, and I honestly can't imagine working without it now.
