Disappointed Executive Coach
AUReally disappointed Really disappointed. This looked like a great tool for all types of coaches, included executive coaches. Once you pay the $25 it becomes clear that the app is an entirely blank canvas. There are no setup templates to select from and setting this up for my coaching business would have involved paying a Nudge designer. Within 5 minutes and accessing the app and realising the clear lack of fit I contacted Nudge to request a refund. The do not offer refunds, even in these circumstances. Pretty disappointed and I will proactively advise my clients against using Nudge - many of these clients own fitness businesses.

CRIt was hard to use for me and my… It was hard to use for me and my clients. I liked the fact that I could schedule messages. It was costly for my business but in the future I could reinvest on such platform. It has potential Emails were helpful Thanks

GBcomments from Bill Adams I use the app for a research project to measure step counts for participants using their smart phone. On a frequent basis I find that there are no step counts on Nudge for a particular day. It seems like the problem occurs more frequently with Android phones. Catherine has always been very responsive when these issues arise. For my purposes, it would be best if participants did not have to open the Nudge app every day in order for Nudge to sync with their smart phone. The text function on Nudge works well.

GBThis Program/App has been a career saver!! This App has been a career saver!!! I was at my wits end with another app company and it was by a fluke I stumbled upon Nudge again. I remember thinking at first glance that it was too 'sparse' for my needs but boy was I wrong! It is robust, efficient and streamlined to allow me to do what I do best. The ability to customize is such an incredible aspect of this program. I guess I need to stop calling it an App because it's SO. MUCH. MORE. THAN. THAT!!! The fact that they are constantly improving is actually making ME more motivated, too! They truly want the best experience, not just for clients but for us coaches. If that wasn't enough...they are half the price I was paying for the other company! With all those wonderful things I just mentioned, that's not even why I love their entire team so much. I know, I'm smitten...but here's why. The #1 thing I love is that they LISTEN! To coaches feedback. To MY feedback. I ask a gazillion questions quite often and I always receive the most efficient, stellar positive response. They work to help me find solutions and are eager to help me do my job better. If there were 100 stars I would rate them 100+!
