Unfair Practices The company terminated us for something their owner agreed to previously and now stonewalled. They don't have to let us use the platform, but they are refusing to let me download my data and email content. Bad and deceptive business practices

Great platform for my affiliate… Great platform for my affiliate marketing purposes. The only reason I am taking one star off is because of how expensive they are. I have accounts at other providers for less and I am hesitant to move all my business to ConvertKit due to their pricing.

We have been using ConvertKit since… We have been using ConvertKit since 2021, but are now in the process of moving to someone else. We have between 1000-2500 subscribers on our list, and we pay $490/year. That's a lot of money when things don't work as they are supposed to. Lots of issues with rules not working as they should; some emails get sent out to more people than it's supposed to; some email are not sent to the right people; sometimes I have issues with clicking simple buttons, like today when I was unable to unsubscribe a few cold subscribers. On the chat there's only a bot, and you have to wait a long time for a human. When we first joined, there was always a human and they were very fast answering your questions. These days it seems like they don't know what my issue is.

In addition, the community is very strong. If you have a question, chances are someone in the community is ready to jump in and help. Overall, ConvertKit is the number one tool that I recommend for any online business. It's the best place to start and grow.
