USWe still are unable to activate our… We still are unable to activate our software. In addition, we ended up ordering twice because the screen cut out during the payment of our 1st order. We couldn't tell if the 1st order actually completed. Now we have been charged twice with nothing to show for it. I have requested a refund. Let's see what happens?
