Best Colocation Services I have been using DediOutlets services for a while now and I have absolutely no complaints. Aaron has been extremely helpful along the way, even before I ordered his services. He answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely confident in going with DediOutlet. I had never used colocation services before, so this was a new beginning for me. I had used his dedicated servers before but never had I colocated my own hardware. The same day my equipment arrived he had it provisioned and online in under an hour. He also installed 6 hard drives on 3 of my systems FREE OF CHARGE. The network is amazing, with speeds topping right where promised, and I have not experienced a second of downtime the entire time I've been using his services. Long story short, I highly recommend DediOutlet for any and all of your hosting needs! Thank you again Aaron and DediOutlet for everything!

Most incompetent provider ever, googling for solutions with a problem from my server! I rented a dedicated server about 6 months ago and at the beginning it wasn't really any issues. in around 6 months period i had total of 12 hours downtime. At the beginning i encountered few downtimes but that was due their network being compromised and it can happend sometimes and the owner promise they will upgrade their infrastructure to fix this issue. After few months after, my server lost power and rebooted. The owner replied back that they will fix this issue but the same issue occured again however their provided reason at that time was because their UPS malfunctioned. Few more downtimes after that incident, they said, fire department told them to shutdown their power, while their electricity provider had an occuring issues beyond their help. Excuses keep piling on and its almost as if they dont even have UPS. Last year october and november my server started to randomely reboot with seemlingly no explanation. I hired sysadmin and they couldnt find an issue. They suggested this could be a hardware issue. Due to the hardware parts it would take provider months before the provider can replace all the hardwares so i had to wait. And waiting i did, and until when the day finally arrived. From all my exchanges with this company, ive only talked with the actual owner. This seems to be really a one man show. Worst is that this owner is incompetent. So we went through with the server swap, changing ssd to the new server hardware. However issue occured with the new hardware enviroment not recognizing my ssd partitions. Sysadmin couldnt do much in rescue mode as they cant gain the error logs which dracut provided in the failure mode. The issue is that the dracut log is generated in a volatile disk path so ifwe rebooted the logs would be gone. The owner had significant issues where the server didnt recognize the flash drives so we couldnt export the logs. This was a 24 hours conversation exchange. We litterally end up googling. Even the owner was googling and asking if a centos forum post could be the solution. I asked if they can setup a KVM so my sysadmin can access the dracut logs. 24 hours after, the owner still has problem setting up kvm. That was my last patience with this provider. I told him to change back to the old server hardware and the server was online again. I ordered a new server from a different provider(reliablehostingservices.net) and did rsync and terminated my server with dedioutlet. The sheer amount of incompetence is just baffling. Owner googling for solution, trying to ask his "developer" on how to fix kvm setup to no avail.

Good service i have a dedicated server for about a year, the uptime is very good, the network speed is really good and the support is fantastic 100% recommended

The systems are excellent The systems are excellent, reliable & efficient, been using the services for a long time now and on top of everything the customer service is outstanding, answering back on tickets is very fast and the things are done issues resolved in a lightning speed,have used many other services but would highly recommend DediOutlet Network Services,undoubtedly they are the best in this business thoroughly professional.
