Absolutely no customer support Absolutely no customer support. Even Fastspring screwed up by sending me a blank URL for the download. None of my many emails to you, Fastspring, and Dimtri were responded too. In my research I discovered that this same scenario happened in 2020 when I first bought the product. It took until three months until November to get the product. I do not plan to upgrade in the future due to these two scenario that left me very angry.
