As a manufacturer on products based on Essential Oils… As a manufacturer on products based on Essential Oils we had these problems with the only order we had placed: * We had difficulties receiving the order on the terms expected. It was related to emails not being read by HBNO. * We had to insist and wait several weeks after the purchase in order to get the products analysis for the lots we received. We learn that most of the products we received had analysis older than a year. However we are willing to give them a new try. They seem to be growing and improving.
