AUWorst bank on the planet Worst bank on the planet. Rolled out a new app Friday afternoon - most went home. Bugged all over the app. Been locked out my own funds for 5 days. Credit card number changed everything bouncing. 12 hours on the phone so far over 5 days. 3 times they have had tobreaccireve my card. Been shopping when it hasn’t worked 5 times. Told yesterday after 4.3 hours yes working but once again NOT - No customer service at all. They couldn’t care less had zero access to my own money now since Friday it’s Tuesday night!!! No text messages back no phone calls back - zip nothing ! Do not put your money into a bank which can lock you out of your own money!!!!!! Absolutely madhouse - now all past transactions are missing occurring to the wait cue crap music and blah blah from them. Unbelievable and this is a gone - my card said one manger can be locked if any fraudulent behaviour is happening in MY Town of 160,000 not in my accountin can be because of any other fraudulent actions on just some other random account. Well that must happen a billion times a day so that’s great news . fraud happening somewhere in the world you can be locked out of your money!!! Sounds like a disaster waiting to happen! Do not do it! This is why we can not go fully digital! Nightmare and if one more person say a we are so sorry!!!

USBanking Reimagined iBank is definitely unique. Banking reimagined is a bit unheard of, at least to the extent of bringing in aspects such as photos, memories, etc, but I feel that iBank did their homework and has done well with creating a balance of enjoyment yet productivity with money management.
