GBIf I could give a zero I would If I could give a zero I would. Customer support is horrible, they refuse to fix anything yet they promise the world but that's it just promise. We have been giving them a chance to get it right but its simply not happening. App doesn't work, driver doesn't get messages and loads, etc...

GBTransflo Sucks It’s slow to load. You can’t delete the messages in chat with dispatch. It will throw you into violation for no reason especially on your days off. It’ll also put you on duty or driving when someone else is in the truck and you’re home. If they login with their name, it shouldn’t affect my logs.

GBThe reason I would give the system a… The reason I would give the system a four star. The system works great except when I am using my mobile app. If I have a large bill of lading the system would only take so many pages before it stops and would not allow it to send.

GBWorks great It works well, only thing I wish was if someone from another department sends a message you can’t directly message them back. My fleet manager has to send it on, he or she has enough on there plate to deal with on keeping us moving along. Thx, only reason it’s not 5 stars

GBLies upon lies. Lies upon lies. Management needs to follow through with their promises and be examples of the “values” they do strongly talk about in meetings. Chaotic, stressful work environment with lots of evening and weekend last-minute requests. Major improvement needed at this place.
