App doesn't perform as well as… App doesn't perform as well as advertised. You can read text and reports but not easily. Daily report are not sent daily to email even though it says it will send them at a certain time every day. Luck to get them twice a month. Contacting support helped nothing. GPS some times says phone is somewhere it's not. This can cause big arguments. Not recommended.

Please Don't Waste Your Time or Money Like a lot of other reviewers, I rarely get the daily reports that I set up. They seem to come in about once every 3 to 4 weeks, but very rarely. In fact, I'd get the email and think "I need to remember to go cancel that subscription." But worse than that, at any given time that I wanted to check on the location of my mother-in-laws (with the on set of dementia) the app would typically say it didn't know where she was. Instead it would say that she was last seen 15 hours ago or 3 days ago, which doesn't really help. After about 9 months of paying for this app, I'd say I got the information that it says it will provide about 2% of the time. And I really wanted this app to work. I hope someone comes out with something that works soon.

Monitor my 12 year old I use this app to track my 12 year old. It has been the best program by far and I love that emails are sent to me, usually near the end of the day. She knows I track the phone and it has been a great teaching tool. When she was a 5th grader the logged activity came in handy as proof of false accusations of bullying as well as evidence of other parents not monitoring their kid's phone ettique/behavior.

This is my second try with this company… This is my second try with this company and I'm really hoping for a better experience than last time. Last time, I was so surprised at how great the free version performed. So I upgraded to pro and the second month payment was made and immediately stopped working. Customer support responded but it wasn't fixed or refunded . I'm really hoping things have improved because it's still there best priced service offered that I can find so we'll see.
