quality of ip the proxy are sticky as advertised, but it shows up as fraudulent ips so that can be questionable on its quality

Bank Alert... I was alerted by my bank that someone was trying to use my debit card for this site. They were attempting to charge me $4.99. I had never even heard of this site until that message and my account is frozen for now due to this. Reading some other comments, I'm not the only person this happened to, so what is going on here?
