Scam! Stay away from this company I'm writing to share my experience so that nobody else will be the victim of this scam company. If I could give 0 star, I would. I should have done more researches to check whether this is a legit company. Pls. don't fall for their claim for 100% money back guarantee like I did. I read below feedback and found many people have the same experience like I did. Alice Wilson and Brian Murphy are my contacts. Brian was the graphic designer for my project. My interaction with him was only 5 days in Oct'21. He delivered logo in 2 days as promised but way out of the theme and concept I provided. After he didn't respond for taking any correction action within 48 hrs as promised and the gap was so huge to bridge, I decided to stop the service so that we wouldn't waste our times further and I cannot afford to work on so many revisions with them. In Mar'22, I got 2 unauthorized transactions from this company on my credit card, approx.$1,000 combined. They lied to the credit card company that these are the charges of several revisions and I disputed the charge because I wasn't happy about the service. Complete Liar and lack of integrity as you can see. When I began the service with them, there was no detail about these charges at all. It's a one time thing plus there is no invoice for these 2 charges amount too. So Save your time and energy by staying away from this shady company.

Scammers took my money and will not … Scammers took my money and will not respond. Have been going back and forward with them for almost 2 years at this point. They Won't respond because the test link THEY CREATED does not work. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Fraud Fraud, scammers. This company stoled $500 out of my account 6 weeks ago. They said it was an accident. But still haven't returned it. They been just giving me a bunch of excuses.

This company is difficult, rude, unprofessional & does not uphold their 100% satisfaction guarantee DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is difficult, their concepts are cookie cutter, they're service is unprofessional, even abusive. They say they are registered LLC of California but as of 2/1/22 secretary of state does not have them registered in California as valid business. They're physical location is a Medical office bldg., with only medical offices in it. I have had a difficult time getting them to do what I want and their designs are remedial, like a kid doing a power point presentation. I have asked for a refund on site they have not completed, they are refusing to honor they're 100% satisfaction guarantee. They drag their feet, they make gaslighting statements, and condescending remarks, even racially charged remarks. I would not recommend them as professional, proficient or customer service oriented. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. At first they will tell you "oh yes we can do that for your site", then when you get into actual development after paying, they will say what you want is an add on!!! Bait and Switch!!!
