You’re in the hole $181 before you make a dollar. $988.75 for the week before you make a dollar not including charging fees which is $280 for the week. $1268 for one week of rental with charging fees. You will also be charged 0.45 a minute if you return the car late. If you have a credit card or 1000 deposit that will be returned to you, go with another company through Uber or Hertz, they charge $499 a week for a Tesla, not what Autzu is charging. Autzu is for people that don’t have credit cards and desperate.

Run far away First off, Uber Driver service have the worst customer service then came along Autzu who decided to piggyback on Uber to provide rental cars for Uber drivers. The problem with Autzu it’s a carbon copy of Uber. It’s like a perfect marriage between Autzu and Uber. Two of the worst get together decided to make people life hell. To me, it appears their app built by the same developers, supported by the same customer service agents. Everything feels and sound the same. It’s even quack the same. I booked for rentals month in advanced, every day just two hours before my pickup time, my rental reservation get cancelled and I get text messages followed by phone calls from agents with lies after lies like System glitch, Uber dealing with huge backlogs not updating our vehicles on time, your booking will continued to be cancelled since you are new driver, and your active vehicle threshold less than 21% until you reach more than 40% threshold of active / available vehicles. Total BS. Stay away from both Autzu and Uber, find something else better do. In fact, considering all this, flipping a burger at a burger joint ain’t that bad. Bunch of offshore liars.

I booked for 24hrs, at $125 +tax, when I checked my email my rent came out my account Dec 1, 2023 and made it $50 short for Autzu's withdrawal. By the time I deposited the $50 back into my account I was already 30 minutes into my booking. Autzu took $141.30 out of my account then canceled the rental car and told me their cancelation fee is 100% of the booking fee. The lady let me know they have cars still available that I pay $141.30 again and book! RUN 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️
