I had no problems at all and very happy to have Publisher back again. Before I downloaded the software, I removed Office 365 and the other previous versions. Microsoft Office 2019 Pro Plus ripoff "Microsoft Office 2019 Pro Plus 32/64 Bit Lifetime Genuine Key" purchased today (09/30/2023). Got useless Product Key (has been used in excess of allowed # of installs) in email with useless instructions to open a defunct video link (xxx) to see instruction on how to activate by phone. Website refund page xxx advises "Contact us for questions related to refunds and returns" The "Contact us" links to useless page "Get in Touch with us" which has zero functional method to get in touch with them. No way to ask for refund so seeking refund thru paypal.
