This people are b$$$t after creating… This people are b$$$t after creating the website I can’t contact them they always disconnect phone calls please don’t do with business this people

Customer Service is Key (expectations are balanced) Hired Logo Hooters to build site and they have done a good job BUT I don't have access to my own woo commerce or cpanel as an Admin for 3 months now. they have yet to answer any questions pertaining to cpanel admin login or my woo commerce account. Their team members were eager to set up SEO for my online store...I paid them to do that...still waiting on Analytics from SEO after 3 months...not even a projection from logo hooter regarding when to expect Analytics to be ready...no customers, no website visits or messages from customers since doing business with Logo Hooters. When Setting up Apple pay on my site as a pay option, logo hooters told me to contact Apple pay to get it set up...but that's part of building the site...I think this company is prepared to solve small tech issues like creating a logo. I WISH LOGO HOOTERS COULD PROOVE ME WRONG AND FOLLOW THROUGH! Since they were paid up front, they should demonstrate follow-through...In the past, I invested in having SEO done through Google with another company and gained paying customers within 4 days...🤔🤔 why 3 months and no website visits?🤷‍♂️
