GBNo help in solving email problems :-/ MailerCheck is, in my opinion, mis-sold. The program check your email templates for various problems; e.g. spam flagging, etc. It highlights those problems and tells you if your template has a problem or not. However, it does not tell you how to remedy the problem. Thus, those who are non-technical (i.e. those who are likely to buy the program) are given no assistance to correct the issues highlighted by MailerCheck. I raised this with the support team and was told that because I had used the program to check some emails, I could not be given a refund. In other words, if you buy and then find the program does not do what you thought it did - tough! I am doubly upset because the sister product; Mailerlite ... which I use for my email marketing and newsletters ... is very very good. Oooo ... and the template with problems I could not remedy ... was a Mailerlite template. Arrggghhh!!!!
