The best HRT group of folks I've ever experienced. I've been using IAMHRT for a little over a year. By far the best thing I have ever done to understand my body and optimize my life as I age. The folks there are extremely knowledgable, explain things clearly, and are on it when it's time for refills or if you have inquiries on certain things. From the beginning as far as onboarding all the way to over a year now with IAMHRT, I couldn't imagine a place doing things better. Single handily the best HRT place out there today. Highly Recommended for your alternative medicine needs I just recently began to work with Illinois Alternative Medicine and the process has been incredibly smooth. The support community and the doctors who are constantly available to answer all of the questions I have has made it easy to transition into this life changing choice. Professionalism is THE word to describe IAM Professionalism is the word that comes to mind when dealing with IAM. Everyone at IAM is super NICE. They make you feel like you are their ONLY patient. Every member of their team will ask pertinent questions to MAXIMIZE your treatment. I think most patients that go to IAM do so because they are TIRED of their general doctor who is NOT listening, who is NOT asking the right questions, and whose office staff can be cold and uncaring. Such treatment does not happen at IAM. You will NOT feel like a number. You will be listened to, and you will likely, FINALLY, receive the care you have been waiting to get for MANY years from your current doctor!

Completely satisfied. I went to my general doctor, got bloodwork done, results came back low, and they didnt want to do anything about. Got ahold of Emil at IAMHRT and he was nothing but helpful. he hooked me up with the office. They were attentive, helpful, answered all my questions and prompt. Ive been on treatment now for about 5 months. They call me when it is time for a refill to remind me. They were upfront about the process and the pricing. It has been a great experience.

Top notch Top notch. Every interaction I’ve had with IAM has been great! The pharmacy they use is fantastic, the employees are friendly and extremely helpful, and the owner, Emil, is a great guy who has answered any question I have had, even outside of business hours. I have been with them a few months now and wanted to wait to write my review until I interacted with all aspects of the company. If you’re on the fence don’t be, IAM is a great clinic!
