USOur Wunderkind Experience Summary: - Sales process was fine, but the sales rep was not clear about the ROI goals being tied to them taking over our email flows. Without emails, they would have never reached their ROI goals. - Service was slow, but we figured this would result in a better overall design for our customers and results/ROI for the business. - Tool was down for over 50 hours during our Black Friday sale resulting in an estimated loss of $150,000 in revenue and over $1,000,000 in brand equity. - Management had no interest in making things right by refunding our account for the loss in business. When I explained that I had no interest in working with them further, a Sr. Manager, claimed they can't just cancel a contract because they have "investors." - The Sr. Manager admitted there were a number of issues that occurred on their end, behind the scenes. We later learned that our Account Manager left the company. - You will not be taken care of if you work with Wunderkind. ROI was poor when you remove emails from the service. Management will not take care of you. It would have been so easy for them to cancel our contract and provide a refund for one month of services.
