They do what they say. Hello life says they are homeopathic remedies for certain ailments and their products seem to work on those specific areas. Also their customer relations has been good. When I needed something fixed with the order they responded promptly. So far I have had good results with the products I have ordered. That's what I meant by the statement -They do what they say.

I'm very conscientious about expiration dates so I had to call the company to find out. Also, 3 free boxes of a honey cough syrup were included in my order & they also didn't have an expiration. The instructions said to squish the contents out of the packet and there was just dried up clumps of the product in the little packets so I had to throw them all out. I would have preferred not to get them at all since they were either very old or defective. I'll have to see how I like the vitamin.
