FRI bought the product via Appsumo I bought the product via Appsumo. As a lifetime deal. It worked correctly at the beginning. Then a few weeks after the end of my trial period, where I was able to refund, it ceased to work properly. Several features have ceased to function properly, including automations. I informed the support, but the problem were not solved. Now the login access was abruptly removed. I contacted the support, they acknowledged an error, but the problem was not fixed. I end up losing about 300 USD. I'm not sure if this is a scam or huge incompetence.
