Liars, scam artists. The company called SmartSuite produces a terrible product and lacks any support. Their support colleagues never respond, neither on chat nor via emails. After waiting for several days, amidst the numerous issues caused by this company, the owner finally responded and promised that everything would be great and things would improve. But that wasn't true. Nothing got better. It remained the same. There was still no support, and nobody helped. The support employee from this company who finally responded to me was rude and arrogant. The product from SmartSuite is horribly bad, unusable, and a Google Sheet is a hundred times better, even if it doesn't have all the features that SmartSuite does, because at least Google Sheet works. I wouldn't recommend the software named SmartSuite to anyone, they should stay far away from this company and its product. Moreover, SmartSuite is very expensive and not suitable for any work. The import doesn't even work in the Smartsuite software. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out the correct format that this scam company wants. Why is there no information about this on the import page? Because there is nothing. The calendar display of Smartsuite is just dreadful. It's like we went back 20 years. Google Calendar outperforms it a thousand times over. Another minus point for this scammy company. The Smartsuite can't even handle basic Excel functions!! This software is incapable of calculating the duration of a task from the given start time and end time. And they claim this is professional software? Well, I can imagine how professional those who use it must be. Everything is so, so buggy that using this is impossible. And it's painfully slow. The automations don't work. Among the automations, the one that is needed is missing. I've never seen such an unviable and bad software. It's a hundred times worse than the Clickup software.
