No support - Product doesn't work I came across the website and I was excited! I thought I could replace RunCloud with it. Everything seemed promising... until I tried it. I started a trial account with them and provisioned a server. I started one WP website but it didn't work (Cloudflare error: Web server is down). The VPS on Vultr was up and running. So I started another WP website, this time on their temp. link. That also didn't work. Then, I tried another WP website with a different PHP version. That also didn't work. I opened a ticket with them but I haven't heard back since, even though they claim to have "24/7 support". While writing this review, I thought to give them another chance and pulled the plug on the previous VPS and provisioned a new VPS. Then installed a new WP site. Guess what? That website also didn't work. For FlyWP team: I am open to editing this review, if and when you reply.

Great product as always... I've only been using FlyWP for a short while, but I've been using WeDevs' plugins for many years. This is a fantastic team, and I always trust WeDevs' products. Returning to FlyWP, it's fantastic that the team has implemented Docker containers into the product because security for WP websites is always the most important issue for me. Clients' websites will remain safe even if one of them encounters a security breach or gets hacked. I'm looking forward to FlyWP supporting OpenLiteSpeed in the future, and the features being developed in the roadmap are great. Best regards,
