John provided excellent customer… John provided excellent customer service! He proved to be knowledgeable and patient as he assisted us in reinstalling the software.

I think I made a BAD mistake buying this software I think I made a BAD mistake buying this. I had another system that was less than HALF the price, EASY to use, etc. Paid $200 may just have to take the loss. One thing I could not find---INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SET IT UP. You hit setup it takes to you GARBAGE and you have NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT>

I could not get this to work I could not get this to work. I contact customer service through the website and no one ever got back to me. I would not recommend. I feel like I've been scammed. And I did reply and no one called me back.
