It does everything you will need it to do and the customer service is the best!! PLEASE before you shop and buy ..TRY them...you won't go wrong at all!!

I can't rave enough about the customer… I can't rave enough about the customer service CarShipIO offers to their customers! I recently signed up and from the start they have been so helpful and informative with their platform! What a time saver this platform is that they've created to help Transportation Brokers like myself keep freight moving with less paperwork and more organization. I love the Live Chat feature they offer weekdays and always have some there to assist with screen shot images to help along the way! Thank you CarShipIO for helping my business grow!

Good Helps me organize all my docs and trips

I've been using CarShipIO ever since… I've been using CarShipIO ever since Central Dispatch stopped JTracker. I tried BATSCRM and hated it. Couldn't believe that was even an option. I started researching and came across CarShipIO. Thank God! It's much more user friendly than BATSCRM and has more options than JTracker. Also, customer service is far too superior compared to the above mentioned. No comparison! Every time I called or needed a call back, Rita was on top of it. She even followed up with me on her own to make sure everything was okay and if I had any questions. They're Awesome!
