Our vps server data got lost completed… Our vps server data got lost completed due to their hardware issue, they said, it is our fault not purchased backup service from them. They do not feel sorry for lost our business data completely at all, and refuse to pay SLA credit to us. Very bad company, very bad customer service, keep away from them. I do not know what we can do, but get our business completely down.
