UAvery bad i believe the service is good, but the customer service is really sucks. it seems that they never respond my complaints. i'm asking about refund because i wasn't using it for 3days, just about an hour and after i found it not helped me, i just cancel membership. i'm asking for refund because it's written that i could try 3days free service, but i need to pay first depends on which plan that i'm gonna take. i hope you won't ignore this review and respond me thanks
