Very pathetic behaviour and SCAM Very pathetic behaviour and worst experience with design pyramids. Initially I hired them for a website development on Shopify with Marcus Brown and then he pulled out two more guys guys for my project and then two moree. Collectively 5 people were working on my so called website and some other services. The charged me $10,000 in total and delivered the work of just $1,500 and it's been 4-5 months my project was not delivered and completed, this situation took me in the phase of frustration. Really disappointed on Marcus and his team... Highly not recommended...

No Logo/Website Delivery as of MAR.2024 for new logo & website package paid DEC.2023. We paid for new logo and website package on December 20, 2023 and have not received it as of March 22, 2024. As of March 22, 2024, we have not received the satisfactory product (logo and website) I paid for in December 2023 despite multiple back-and-forth/feedback emails and their promises to correct the issue. They were trying to pass off Canva creations as their own (our task needs Adobe Creative Suite products to create; we eventually bought Adobe and did it ourselves) and did not listen/respond/implement to our design request even after we supplied them our Brand Book more than once. We were promised to have this logo and website by December 30, 2023. It is now March 22, 2024. We've requested a refund each month since December 2023 and instead, this scam company uses delay tactics (like reassigning us to a new in-house designer, sending messages via Facebook rather than answering the established email thread, not sending the file but claiming they sent it yet not showing any sent proof and unable to resend within 30 minutes, etc.). We made a final request for a refund on March 22, 2024 after getting another run-around. They have not provided the requested refund so we've disputed the charge on the company credit card. We also filed a complaint against them with the federal agency Better Business Bureau. We attempted to report the company to the State of Texas but are unable to find whether they are registered. It appears they are NOT licensed to do business in Texas, the state they list as their company domicile.
