Wisper thrived by bridging the gap in rural America with high-speed Internet. Headquartered in Mascoutah, Illinois, our creative rockstar team is known for problem-solving and entirely spot-on customer service. With an ever-growing squad, you can find us across Arkansas, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

Poor internet service I live in a rural area. Daily, my internet goes offline. I started using your router because I was told it could be monitored better. It obviously has not helped. I keep being told upgrades are coming to our area when I call support. I will be looking for another internet provider if this does not happen soon.

Had email service with Yhti.net for… Had email service with Yhti.net for years. They then became Wisper and things changed Large photos were impossible to receive and other small issues related to how they recognized spam. Could not get some emails, but it was great having a secure email with only occasional spam getting through. Somewhat clunky and hard to set up for convenience. Evidently they tired of providing an email account, so they decided to charge a large service fee to handle my small email account's billing. Evidently this was so I would go away. Which I am, sadly.

It seems like our Wi-Fi is out 50% of… It seems like our Wi-Fi is out 50% of the time. I am always calling to inquire what is going on or having some serviceman come out especially this past month. I really hope I'm not charged a full month's billing cycle when I did not receive a full month worth of Internet services. If we had other options around my area to go with, I would probably leave wisper..

So far So far, wisper bought taney net which I was with before hand. Had no reliability issues to speak of outside of weather conditions. Since wisper has taken over it has been very sub par service. I'm hoping things get better since this is pretty much my only option based on my geographical location.

Overall a great experience for rural internet Easynet and now Wisper has been great each time we have called and reported an outage or a slowness in internet. Living in a rural area (although only 3 miles from Sedalia), our internet options are limited, but we have not hesitated to recommend to others. We do not work from home, so cannot speak to that aspect, but our high school age kids have had no issues where homework is concerned.
