GBI can't say the service has improved… I can't say the service has improved since Easy Net became Wisper. We still have slow service and sometimes very off and on. What I really dislike is that former Easy Net customers do not have anyone to contact other than the office during business hours Monday thru Friday for outages. If our service is out on the weekend we have to wait until Monday to report it.

GBIt seems like our Wi-Fi is out 50% of… It seems like our Wi-Fi is out 50% of the time. I am always calling to inquire what is going on or having some serviceman come out especially this past month. I really hope I'm not charged a full month's billing cycle when I did not receive a full month worth of Internet services. If we had other options around my area to go with, I would probably leave wisper..

GBSo far So far, wisper bought taney net which I was with before hand. Had no reliability issues to speak of outside of weather conditions. Since wisper has taken over it has been very sub par service. I'm hoping things get better since this is pretty much my only option based on my geographical location.

GBToo many outages Service since Whisper Internet took over from Easynet has been better. Lately, we have been having alot of outages. Sometimes short, but this one now has been 2 days. They can't even tell us when they may be able to solve there problem.

GBThe Missouri Human Rights Act" Well was… The Missouri Human Rights Act" Well was hoping to give a better review but after feeling discrimination from the hiring process for being honest about my health seems oh I know illegal but I only read up on the laws.. Customer service is crap tried to call Brea Pearson to figure out why the discrimination has occurred, sales department has me looping over to another department " tech department " when i asked for hr department. Weird thing is I have a interview later in the week same exact position for Spectrum. Long story short not very professional over the phone so I doubt customer service would be any better if allowed near my family. If needing reliable service just keep Spectrum
