USMore than pleased I have had wisper internet service since around 2003 when I really needed faster service while doing web maintenance - I would literally up load some pictures, go cut the grass - 2-2.5 hours and still had pictures uploading when I returned. Their service has been phenomenal, In that time I have been down less than 20 times for any extended time - hours not days. Since I am rural I don't have a lot of options for internet service. I only have one complaint - technical service - slow - unavailable at times. I understand the problem of why - just wish the availability and response time was better

USIt seems like our Wi-Fi is out 50% of… It seems like our Wi-Fi is out 50% of the time. I am always calling to inquire what is going on or having some serviceman come out especially this past month. I really hope I'm not charged a full month's billing cycle when I did not receive a full month worth of Internet services. If we had other options around my area to go with, I would probably leave wisper..

USYour office support was helpful - and once again needed. Your office support group was able to tell me what I had received was a suspicious, unwanted email. I need you to check to see why nearly half of the emails sent from our email address end up in the receivers spam or junk box - sometimes even when we are replying to their email.

USPatience Patience is the best word I can say the Technical support team have. I get very frustrated when someone is trying to help me either get back online or I have problems with Mail. Whoever is helping me, that person is so patient with their directions and are very explicit with all directions. I never feel belittled. I have no fear in asking for help.

US5 outta 5 Truthfully wisper is a great service for us. Always good fair prices in fact even cheaper than most ISP. We almost always have good signal, we run phones, roku, security cameras, ps4 online for 65 a month, isn't that a deal! The only issue we have encountered is buffering during storms, which is understandable as is satilite internet. Technical support is always friendly and patient, they'll even teach you a few tricks so you don't have to call if your router goes flashing. All and all I give wisper 5 putts 5. Thanks wisper
