About Wisper Internet

The idea of connecting others started when a friend didn’t have Internet access at his business. After a little research, a few maxed credit cards, and hard work, Wisper Internet was born. Wisper thrived by bridging the gap in rural America with high-speed Internet. Headquartered in Mascoutah, Illinois, our creative rockstar team is known for problem-solving and entirely spot-on customer service. With an ever-growing squad, you can find us across Arkansas, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

5 outta 5 Truthfully wisper is a great service for us. Always good fair prices in fact even cheaper than most ISP. We almost always have good signal, we run phones, roku, security cameras, ps4 online for 65 a month, isn't that a deal! The only issue we have encountered is buffering during storms, which is understandable as is satilite internet. Technical support is always friendly and patient, they'll even teach you a few tricks so you don't have to call if your router goes flashing. All and all I give wisper 5 putts 5. Thanks wisper

So far So far, wisper bought taney net which I was with before hand. Had no reliability issues to speak of outside of weather conditions. Since wisper has taken over it has been very sub par service. I'm hoping things get better since this is pretty much my only option based on my geographical location.

Guilty of price gouging My wife and I have had our email accounts with Wisper for several years at a cost of $2/mo for each account--a total of $4/mo. Wisper has now raised the cost to $10/mo per account--a total of $20/mo. That's a 500% increase. This is price gouging plain and simple as Wisper goes the extra mile in contributing to the current inflationary economy.

Too many outages Service since Whisper Internet took over from Easynet has been better. Lately, we have been having alot of outages. Sometimes short, but this one now has been 2 days. They can't even tell us when they may be able to solve there problem.

The Missouri Human Rights Act" Well was… The Missouri Human Rights Act" Well was hoping to give a better review but after feeling discrimination from the hiring process for being honest about my health seems oh I know illegal but I only read up on the laws.. Customer service is crap tried to call Brea Pearson to figure out why the discrimination has occurred, sales department has me looping over to another department " tech department " when i asked for hr department. Weird thing is I have a interview later in the week same exact position for Spectrum. Long story short not very professional over the phone so I doubt customer service would be any better if allowed near my family. If needing reliable service just keep Spectrum
