GBLast minute.com's broken promise of sending return boarding passes Booked flights with Booking.com, all great, getting there, the accommodation until the return. Three days before I was informed I would have my return tickets the day before. I asked why so late, they said they couldn't guarantee sending theboarding passes ,they 'might fail' with sending them so I would receive the insurance paid. I then spent 1.5 hours on Sunday night on my phone on the Ryan Air app tryng to verify my identity and booking, was charged 59p to do that. Very stressful end to a lovely break. Can't recommend Last-minute.com' or Ryanair's laborious identity checking procedures.

GBMy Pillow Co.....B.S My Pillow Co.....B.S. company full of LIES, MISREPRENTATION, FALSE CLAIMS! Claims that "his pillow has 3 Interlocking special synthetic blocks, when it's just s inch of foam cut blocks! Claims of competitor towel "can actually be used as a pool liner",WHAT?!...Also, claim that mattress cover "regulates temperature to sleep hot or cold, WHAT?! To regulate temperature it takes a mechanical device! The owner has PAID OFF review companies for "good reviews" falsely claimed... Look for the word "sponsored" means owner PAID! B.S. company!

GBYou may have refunded for the part that… You may have refunded for the part that you deliberately wrongly supplied saying the part is compatible for my car, I suffered labour cost of £500 which you need to pay me. I will issue county court summons if you do not pay without further notice to you

GBThe main issues of my complaints Hello I’ve received your reply of my review on Trustpilot review pages, and again you not going close to the main issues to my complaint. You mention again, the second item was different size: but still the same item, the reason why I order size 14 because there wasn’t another 12 size and also I’m between 12/14 size. I’ve ordered again 2nd time, BECAUSE you send to me FAULTY, DAMAGED, WORN item, without passing through quality checked stage, against company policy. This is unresponsive approach, breaking regulation and breach of director duties. THIS is the MAIN ISSUES of my COMPLAINT, which is I‘m trying to resolve in different stage of ….. As I mention in my prevues email, I have had this experience so many times and I really regret that I didn’t write an initial review, I have some images of the damaged items…..
