Owner doesn't understand the service he is offering. The Owner and CEO of this company doesn't actually understand the underlying topics he is offering services on. When someone factually backs up why he is incorrect he just blocks them to form an echo chamber where he thinks he is correct. Anyone looking to use this service should look at other solutions from people who actually understand networking and IP transit. I won't be utilizing this service any further after seeing these interactions on social media. EDIT: If you have no customers then why does your site have testimonials stating otherwise at rackifi.io?
