The team invitation features didn't work at all. After 12 hours of subscribing, I switched to Otter, and asked for a refund of my $200. They denied my request despite barely even using their broken software. Do NOT waste your time and money.

Additionally, I have serious concerns that need immediate attention. Firstly, the Laxis app has been appearing in my Google Meet sessions without my consent or prior authorization. This is both surprising and unacceptable, as I have never installed or allowed such an integration. Due to the severity of this unauthorized access, I have reported this matter to Google for investigation. Moreover, I find it highly unpleasant and potentially non-compliant with legal standards that users are not provided with an option to delete their accounts independently. This lack of control over personal account management is not only unethical but also suggests a potentially misleading portrayal of active user accounts to investors. Given these serious issues, I expect a prompt and comprehensive response from your team, including steps on how you will rectify these concerns and prevent similar incidents in the future.
